There is now a ticket system located in the Youngevity Back Office to submit your customer service questions. This is a in addition to calling or emailing.
BACK OFFICE 2.0
- Step 1: Log into your Back Office
- Step 2: Under your Profile picture, select “My Profile”

- Step 3: Click on “New Support Ticket”

- Step 4: Fill in the Subject, Select your Order #, and write a description of your support request.
- Step 5: Hit “Create Support Ticket”

BACK OFFICE (LEGACY)
Step 1: Log into your Back Office. On the top left, click on “Business Center (Legacy)”.
Step 2: Under “Profile”, click on “New Support Ticket”
Step 3: Fill in the Subject, Select your Order #, and write a description of your support request.
Step 4: Hit “Create Support Ticket”
