YOUNGEVITY AUSTRALIA PRODUCT ORDERING UPDATE

Due to the Coronavirus shutdown, Youngevity customer service is not accepting calls for Australian and New Zealand customers. Orders are still being dispatched.

If you need to order Youngevity products please order online via our website or call Nicholas on 0439 255 838. You are welcome to text first to arrange a time to talk.

NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE TICKET SYSTEM

There is now a ticket system located in the Youngevity Back Office to submit your customer service questions. This is a in addition to calling or emailing.

BACK OFFICE 2.0

  • Step 1: Log into your Back Office
  • Step 2: Under your Profile picture, select “My Profile”
  • Step 3: Click on “New Support Ticket”
  • Step 4: Fill in the Subject, Select your Order #, and write a description of your support request.
  • Step 5: Hit “Create Support Ticket”

BACK OFFICE (LEGACY)

Step 1: Log into your Back Office. On the top left, click on “Business Center (Legacy)”.
Step 2: Under “Profile”, click on “New Support Ticket”

Step 3: Fill in the Subject, Select your Order #, and write a description of your support request.
Step 4: Hit “Create Support Ticket”
