Naturopathic Consultations
In consideration of the treatment that you may receive as part of a naturopathic consultation, you agree to the following:
You hereby agree to indemnify, release and forever discharge the said from all actions, suits, claims and demands relating to or arising from the said treatment you receive, including all Claims or Demands which may be bought against you by any third party and you do further agree that this indemnity may be pleaded in complete bar to any proceedings instituted by you and you specifically indemnify the said naturopath in respect of any liability or claims by any third party, which may arise as the result of the use or application of the said treatment you so receive.
You also accept full and unconditional responsibility for your own medical condition/s. It is advised that all treatments are discussed fully with a qualified medical practitioner before undertaking them.
The naturopathic consultation service is offered independently and the advice contained therein is not endorsed by Youngevity International or its subsidiaries.
By agreeing to take part in this naturopathic consultation you acknowledge that products may be prescribed from network marketing companies. You acknowledge the potential for financial interest in the sale of such products.
All new patients are required to submit a completed health assessment form prior to scheduled consultation.
Booking Cancellation Policy
All payments for naturopathic consultations or other services are final and non refundable. In the event of a missed appointment, rescheduling may be done at our sole discretion. However, we reserve the right to not reschedule your appointment. We will endeavour to come to a mutually agreed upon time for your booking. However, if no time is mutually agreed upon we will not refund your booking.
Youngevity
- We are not a corporate subsidiary of Youngevity International. We are independent distributors of Youngevity.
- We will not transfer any Youngevity distributors and/or customers from our down line to another distributors down line in any circumstances.
- We do not provide customer service to distributors and/or customers that are not part of our down line or customer base.
- Any and all purchases of Youngevity products, whether online or by phone, are made are made through Youngevity International directly and by doing so all customers agree to Youngevity International’s Terms and Conditions.
- As Youngevity International is a third party to us, we cannot take any responsibility in any event for dealings with Youngevity.
